I was craving a snack and had a half a can of pumpkin in the fridge, so I threw these ingredients together for a quick treat!
1/2 Can of Punpkin Puree
1 Cup of old fashioned oats
1/4 Cup of: Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds and chocolate chips.
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Real Maple Syrup
Mix together well, roll into golf ball sized balls and place in the fridge for 20 minutes. If you have leftovers keep in the fridge so they don’t fall apart.
I sprinkled them with ground cinnamon when it was time to eat them or you can use pumpkin pie spice.
